Summary

Each record represents a tower that was registered through the FCC ASR managment process. The records spatially coorelate to the physical location of the tower as regristered IAW with the FCC's guidelines

Description

Data available online through the Arkansas Spatial Data Infrastructure (ASDI) at http://gis.arkansas.gov. Federal Communications Commission Antenna Structure Registration. This dataset was derived using the registration data uploaded and maintained at the following web address http://wireless.fcc.gov/antenna/index.htm?job=uls_transaction=weekly. Each record represents an Enitity that has filed a tower registration with the FCC through the FCC Universal Licensing System. The data was processed through SQL Server and an appropriate View was exported. The data has been buffered within GIS software to include 10 miles outside the County boundaries maintained by AHTD.
